1. Can I cancel my reservation without costs?
Answer: If you want to cancel your reservation without costs, this should be done 1 day before arrival at the latest, different cancelation conditions apply for holidays. Please keep in mind that the day of arrival starts at 0:00, midnight.
For every reservation that is not cancelled at least 1 day before arrival, the costs of the first night will be charged. This only applies to reservations that have been made directly with Parkhotel Horst. If you have made your reservation through a different channel, the cancelation conditions can be found on the website where you have made your reservation.
2. Is there free Wi-Fi available in the hotel?
Answer: Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, both in the public areas, the meeting rooms as well as the hotel rooms. Even on our sunny terrace there is perfect Wi-Fi coverage.
3. Is there free parking available at the hotel?
Answer: Yes, we dispose over sufficient free parking spaces around the hotel.
4. Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Answer: No, pets are not allowed throughout the hotel. Certified guide dogs are allowed, but it is obligatory to notify the reception of this before making the reservation, because of the type of room.
Pets are allowed on the terrace.
5. Is it possible to place an extra bed in the hotel room?
Answer: It is possible to reserve an extra bed in the room, on the basis of availability. The costs for an extra bed are € 35,-. This price includes breakfast for the third person and is excluding tourist tax.
6. What are the check-in and check-out times?
Answer: On the day of arrival, it is possible to check in from 15:00. Every day, check-out is possible till 12:00. Early check-in, late check-out and day rooms are possible (based on availability), please contact our reception for this.
7. What are the opening times of the breakfast buffet?
Answer: From Monday to Friday, breakfast takes place from 07:00 – 10:00, and in the weekend from 08:00 - 11:00.
8. To what age is the stay of children free?
Answer: Children - 2 years stay for free in the room with the parents. There is a maximum of one child per room, multiple children on request. For rates including breakfast, children - 2 years are entitled to free breakfast if they stay with the parents in the room. For rates excluding breakfast (overnight only, breakfast separate), Children - 2 years are entitled to free breakfast; Children of 3 - 12 years receive 50% discount on the normal breakfast price (€15,-).
9. Is it possible to place a baby cot in the hotel room?
Answer: Yes, this is possible. This can be indicated with the reservation, or communicated by phone or mail to our reception. We charge €15,- per night for this service. 10. Are bathrobes and towels included with a wellness visit?
Answer: No, bathrobes and towels are not included, but may be brought from home by the guest. Rental bathrobes and towels are available in the hotel:
- Bathrobe €7,50
- Large towel: €2,50
- Small towel: €1,50
11. Where can I submit my comment, compliment or complaint?
Answer: At Parkhotel Horst, we make every effort to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Should anything have occurred that is not entirely to your wishes, or do you have tips on how we could further improve our services, we would really like to hear about this.
